New to the hall community but getting some attention with her gentle exercise for your health and wellbeing is Beth! She will welcome you on a Wednesday evening 7-8pm (Thursday once a month) and a new class on Mondays 1.30-2.30pm. If you want to keep fit or get fit, this is the place to be.
